The 22^nd Chinese Medical Association Orthopedics Academic Conference and the 15^th COA Academic Congress was held in Xi'an from November 22^nd to 26^th, 2023. It was the first orthopedic annual conference after the three-year pandemic, with over 15,000 participants and a submission of more than 28,000 papers.

This year, with the theme of "Innovation and Transformation," COA not only emphasizes innovation but also focuses on transformation, making full use of the platform of the COA conference to continue the exhibition of innovative achievements.

　　During the conference, XISHAN held a satellite meeting on the application of "Microspace, Infinite Creation: the Application of Variable-angle Grinding Drill in Minimally Invasive Spinal Surgery," which received high attention and unanimous praise from the experts present.
